1. Service Cancellation Policy

ALISON TECH LAB understands that project requirements may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Projects can be cancelled with 48 hours written notice before project commencement
  • For ongoing projects, cancellation requires 7 days written notice
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@alisontechlab.in

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

  • Full refund: Cancellation before project initiation (within 48 hours of payment)
  • Partial refund: Cancellation after project initiation but before 25% completion
  • No refund: Cancellation after 25% project completion
  • Service quality issues will be evaluated individually for refund eligibility

3. Refund Process

Our refund process ensures transparency and efficiency:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days from approval
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing fees may apply and will be deducted from refund amount

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed data analysis reports and deliverables
  • Custom software solutions already deployed
  • Training sessions and consultations already conducted
  • Third-party software licenses purchased for your project

5. Project Modifications

Instead of cancellation, consider project modifications:

  • Scope adjustments to fit budget constraints
  • Timeline extensions for complex requirements
  • Phased delivery approach for large projects
  • Alternative solutions to meet your objectives

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, special refund considerations may apply. This includes natural disasters, government regulations, or other extraordinary events.

7. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds:

  • Contact our support team for initial resolution
  • Escalation to management if needed
  • Mediation services available for complex cases
  • All disputes subject to Indian jurisdiction
